It’s National Voter Registration Day in the U. S. A.

I recently moved but late last week I got the postcard from my local Board of Elections confirming my new address and polling place. I also got my new drivers license with the new address which I’ll have to use to vote because Republicans wanted to add another hoop.
Remember, they don’t want readers of poetry to vote, so double-check your registration.
Election Day is seven weeks away. Let’s get to work!

Yeah, while I frequently disparage the intelligence of my countrymen, I’m convinced the more folks vote, the better the outcome.

Yaaasss!!! I was so happy when my new voter’s registration card came a few weeks after I moved last year. I know the feeling, Bart!

Good work, Tre! I plan on doing early voting since if I get rejected there by a partizan, I’ll have time to get things sorted out before election day itself.

Not really. Most governments keep a list of their citizens. Even in the United States, one state (North Dakota) does not require registration. I think it’s just a way to decrease participation.

I am registered to vote.🗳️ I am ashamed of Pennsylvania, though. Trump won last time and he’s set to win again.🙄

At least you’re doing your part by voting. I used to think PA was a reasonable state (especially compared to Ohio where I grew up) but that’s no longer the case.
