Fraiku: Refrigerator Door

Broke my toe closing Jack’s fridge
cursing the kitchen cabinets
in the sudden dark


Inspired by my favorite haiku of Jack Kerouac:

Missing a kick
at the icebox door
It closed anyway

  4. Also, sorry if I’m asking the obvious here…
    But how do you define a β€œFraiku”??? Is it a Haiku in spirit without the syllables count?
