Waking up seasick
in my land-locked bed

I can still smell my wine
yet it lacks flavor

Sitting still feels
like giving up

The vaccine comes too late
for far too many

I like this. It’s a little trippy and surreal. The picture sets that up too. But it all works. And now I’m sad. Thank you. :(

  5. I had an idea for a revision to the first image came to me very early this morning. I also modified the second image so all four are now couplets.
