I am proud, thrilled and most of all honored to announce that my poem, They’ll Say They Didn’t Know, was nominated for a Pushcart Prize by the Chaos Section Poetry Project.
The initial version of They’ll Say They Didn’t Know was written to one of Sammi Cox’s Weekend Writing Prompts right after the re-election of Donald Trump just about a year ago and posted here. It was later included in the Chaos Section’s anthology Record of Dissent along with two of my other political poems and now it’s been nominated.
Thank you so very much, Nick!

I am right there with you wondering, Bart. Congrat’s on the nomination- and for having the gonads to speak the truth.

Thank you, Violet! I’d like to think my gonads have nothing to do with my poetry, but we both know that isn’t true.
