Haiku: Booster

New strain of barbarian at my gate
Timely reinforcements through a slender needle
Defenders of my citadel thus boosted

  5. Love this booster haiku, Bart. I had my booster a couple of weeks ago, no symptoms for me either. I love the concept of seeing your body as a citadel.🙂

  7. Bartholomew, We have had our boosters here. We continue to mask when we are in stores. It is a comfort knowing that we have done all that is in our power. Unbelievable that some nursing home healthcare workers refuse to get vaccinated! Thank you for posting this amusing haiku and for doing your part to fight coronavirus.
