Wednesday Night Regular Update

Accumulating Proofs

Every time I order a proof from Lulu, I’m sure it’s going to be the last. Then I discover something I did wrong and two days ago I ordered my fourth. Fortunately, I have the luxury of no hard deadline and the desire to make it as nice a book as possible. Still, I hope and think this will be the last proof and I will soon be announcing proudly the general availability of my first poetry book.

For those of you who can’t wait, I’ll be reading poems from Wednesday Night Regular at the Billsborough Music Hall in downtown Hillsborough, North Carolina during an open mic event Tuesday, October 8th at 8pm. It’s primarily a musical open mic so you’ll get to hear lots of fine local musicians and at least one poet.

Here’s a link to the Facebook event and, since you’re already there, you might as well Like my page.
